What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Lizard Thicket only ships to addresses within the United States. We are looking to expand our shipping options in the near future.
Can I return an online purchase to a local boutique?
Yes, online orders can be returned to any Lizard Thicket boutique location for store credit or exchange. For a refund to your original payment method, the items must be mailed back to our distribution center.
How do I know what size to order?
Since we curate pieces from various designers, sizing can vary. We provide a general size guide on each product page and include specific fit notes in the product descriptions to help you find your perfect fit.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can resolve it immediately.
