At Lizard Thicket, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all clearance items, jewelry, and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ensure your items are in their original condition with all Lizard Thicket tags attached and that the purchase was made within the last 14 days.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be issued back to your original payment method, minus a small return shipping fee.
